Terms of Service

Last updated October 21, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Den Entertainment Inc., doing business as DenVenue ("DenVenue", "we", "us"), covering denvenue.com and the DenVenue apps. By creating an account or using DenVenue you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use DenVenue.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 to use DenVenue. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
  • Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Privacy & Security. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

2. Tickets, merch and subscriptions

  • Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Tickets are for the event and date shown. If we cancel an event, we refund the ticket price. Other refund terms for an event are shown at purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from My Subscription; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial-period refunds unless the law requires it.
  • Merch is made to order or shipped from inventory. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it.
  • Part of your subscription supports the artist you choose, as described on the Subscribe page.

3. Den Dollars

  • Den Dollars are a loyalty reward. You earn them for activity on DenVenue and can spend them on things we offer, such as merch discounts.
  • They have no cash value, can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and aren't property.
  • We may change how they are earned or spent, or expire inactive balances, with notice. We may remove Den Dollars earned through errors, fraud or abuse.

4. Content on DenVenue

  • Shows, videos, music and artwork on DenVenue belong to the artists and to DenVenue. You may watch them for personal, non-commercial use. Don't download, re-stream, record or redistribute them unless a feature lets you, such as sharing a clip link.
  • Members-only content is for the account that has access. Don't share your account or playback links.
  • You own what you post. By posting, you give DenVenue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and share it on DenVenue and to promote DenVenue. This ends when you delete it, except copies already shared by others or kept in backups for a limited time.
  • You're responsible for what you post and confirm you have the rights to it.

5. Community guidelines

DenVenue is about live music and real connection. Keep it that way:

  • Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting people for who they are.
  • No spam, scams, impersonation, or misleading links.
  • No sexual content involving minors, ever, and no explicit sexual content.
  • Don't share other people's private information.
  • Don't post content you don't have the rights to.
  • Don't interfere with DenVenue: no hacking, scraping, or abusing features or rewards.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can block anyone and report problems to info@denvenue.com.

6. Artists

Artists who perform, upload content or sell merch on DenVenue also agree to their artist agreement with DenVenue, which covers payouts, rights and responsibilities. If it conflicts with these terms, the artist agreement controls.

8. Changes to DenVenue and these terms

We're constantly improving DenVenue and may add, change or remove features. If we make material changes to these terms we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use DenVenue after that means you accept them.

9. Disclaimers and liability

DenVenue is provided "as is". Live events and streams can be delayed, changed or interrupted, and we can't guarantee DenVenue will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, DenVenue isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Salt Lake County, Utah, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
